Support for cssnext

Hello Taritsyn,

First off, thank you for the work you have put into this.

I want to bring cssnext to your attention if you haven't already seen it. Like Autoprefixer, it is a postprocessor for CSS. It adds support for numerous CSS4 features such as custom properties, and coincidentally it even includes Autoprefixer as one of the processing options.

I looked through the code you have for Autoprefixer and I think an implementation of cssnext would look pretty similar. I am happy to help with implementation and testing if you would like.

Hello, Daniel!

As a Microsoft employee you have to understand that the Microsoft ASP.NET Web Optimization Framework project is closed and Microsoft recommends switch to Grunt or Gulp. For this reason, I do not plan to create new modules for the Bundle Transformer. Currently, I only support the actuality of existing modules.

Main difficulty associated with modules based on Node.js is not initial development, but continuous support of their actuality.
