ASP.NET Core 1.0 support

System.Web.Optimaztion was removed in the new version of ASP.NET. They suggest to use gulp for client-side script management instead. But this approach is not applicable when we need to generate scripts and styles at runtime (to build different themes on premise for example).

So the question is: do you plan adding a .NET Core support to your project?

Hello, Yodasad!

There are plans, but it is unlikely they will be implemented in the next six months. First need to add support of .NET Core to projects from which the Bundle Transformer depends (MSIE JavaScript Engine for .NET, JavaScript Engine Switcher and LibSass Host for .NET). In addition, will need to write the infrastructure completely replaces the System.Web.Optimaztion. In this moment, I finish adding support of .NET Core to the WebMarkupMin.

I recommend you to see a Smidge.
